1. Scope and roles

A "buyer" orders an item; a "seller" is a private individual who lists and sells her own items; "Vestimoi" operates the platform that connects buyers and sellers, collects payment, arranges shipping and provides buyer protection. The sale of an item is concluded between the buyer and the seller; Vestimoi is not the seller of the items. The Terms of sale, the Shipping policy, the Returns and refund policy, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy complete this page. Mandatory rights provided by law always prevail.

2. Account and access

You provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You protect your credentials and promptly tell us about any unauthorized access at contact@vestimoi.com. Opening an account is reserved for people who have the capacity to enter into the contracts concerned. We may restrict an account in case of fraud, a security breach or a serious violation of these terms, after appropriate review.

You can download your data or delete your account at any time from My account › Privacy. Deletion is only possible once your ongoing orders, sales, payouts and reports are completed; information the law requires us to keep is kept as described in the Privacy policy.

3. Permitted use

It is forbidden to list a counterfeit, stolen or prohibited item, or an item you do not hold the rights to; to provide misleading information; to impersonate anyone; to compromise the security of the site; or to use other people's content without permission. The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the information she publishes about her items. Vestimoi reviews listings before publication according to its procedures and may correct, refuse or remove a listing when an error or breach is found.

4. Content and intellectual property

The elements of the site, except content belonging to third parties, belong to Vestimoi or are used with permission. For as long as needed to present and promote her listings, the seller authorizes Vestimoi to reproduce, adapt for presentation (cropping, format) and publish the photos and descriptions she provides. She confirms that she is able to give this authorization. This licence does not remove any applicable moral right nor her ownership of her items.

5. Availability, links and changes

We may maintain or modify the site and correct errors. We will inform users of any material change to these terms as required by law. A change does not remove rights attached to an order already concluded. External services linked from the site have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Complaints and governing law

For a problem with an order, first use the tools in My purchases (delivery problem report or dispute) or write to contact@vestimoi.com with the order number and the problem. The applicable laws of Québec and Canada govern these terms to the extent permitted; nothing here deprives a consumer of the mandatory protections of her place of residence or imposes on her a forum contrary to her rights.
