Shipping process

Sellers ship through our partner carriers using a prepaid label. You receive a tracking number to follow your parcel at every step.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. An estimated delivery date is shown on your order tracking page.

A service fee of 5% + $0.70 CAD per item plus shipping is shown transparently before you pay.

Returns are accepted in specific cases (item not as described, damaged in transit). Open a request from your order and follow the guided procedure.
